Cardamaro Description
In the glass, there is a kaleidoscope of familiar and intriguing smells, including cardamom, cinnamon, mesquite smoke, orange liqueur, dusty cocoa, and birch beer. The palate is lighter-bodied than almost any Amaro, with milder tannins, and even a lighter color. Floral, sweet flavors of orange, brown sugar, black tea, red grapefruit, and an Oloroso-like nutty note are delivered with a mild and welcomed bitterness.
