Tincan Description
We love the word 'Sassy'. Predominantly a Sauvignon Blanc, but with added Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer for fun. Fermented on skins for a decent amount of time, this is dry, medium bodied and smooth as anything. We found this wine incredibly smooth with hints of tropical fruits like lychees and pineapples. A touch of that NZ acidity to liven it up.
